Paint my love

Just over a week ago, I invited facebook followers to get in touch with me for a collaborative shoot. There were two conditions a) the shoot had to take place on a particular day and b) it had to be something creative.

I received some messages, but one that stuck out (and it's something I've wanted to do with my daughter and her friends), was presented as an option...........a brave suggestion. Fellow photog Stephanie Claasen of Cheeky Frames suggested a powder paint shoot for herself and hubby in lieu of their 5th wedding anniversary on 1 December (ironically my wedding anniversary is on the 2nd).

Stephanie purchased large tubs of powder paint (orange, blue and white), coordinated her colour scheme, did her hair and makeup and clearly was ready to have fun on the day.....albeit nervous to be on the other side of the camera. Her sweet hubby Leaveil was a willing participant and enjoyed himself too (the photos are telling).
